No. PC Elite Rentals is a first-come, first-served, phone-confirmed service. You can submit an availability request through this website, but every rental is reviewed and confirmed personally by phone — there is no online checkout.
No. Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation, does not hold the vehicle, and does not confirm your dates. Requests are reviewed in the order they were received. PC Elite Rentals will call you directly to discuss availability and next steps.

A valid driver's license, an accepted payment method, an active personal auto insurance policy (see below), a $150 refundable security deposit, and any additional information required by PC Elite Rentals and applicable rental policies. Rental requirements may vary — call to confirm the requirements for your specific rental.
To qualify, renters typically must carry an active personal auto insurance policy that includes comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage. Bring proof of coverage at pickup.
You may still be eligible to rent from PC Elite Rentals LLC. Renters without qualifying personal auto insurance may be required to purchase PC Elite Rentals' optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) and/or Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for an additional daily fee. When purchased, the applicable LDW/CDW may waive the renter's responsibility for covered physical damage to the rental vehicle, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and requirements of the applicable waiver and Rental Agreement. The LDW/CDW is a contractual damage waiver and is NOT personal automobile insurance — it does not automatically provide bodily injury liability, personal injury protection, or coverage for damage to third-party vehicles or property unless specifically stated in the applicable agreement. All renters must still meet eligibility requirements, present valid ID and driver's license, and follow the Rental Agreement. The waiver does not cover excluded losses, prohibited use, unauthorized drivers, intentional or reckless conduct, driving under the influence, failure to secure the vehicle, or other violations of the Rental Agreement. Yes — a $150 refundable security deposit is required. It's returned in full once the vehicle is given back in the same condition it was received.

250 miles per rental day are included — 2 days / 500 miles, 3 days / 750 miles, 4 days / 1,000 miles, 7 days / 1,750 miles. Additional mileage packages are available at booking: +100 miles ($25), +250 miles ($50), +500 miles ($90), +1,000 miles ($150).
