1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PC Elite Rentals website and any inquiry, request, or rental arrangement made through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Website use

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Vehicle availability, pricing, features, and other details shown here may change and are not guaranteed until confirmed personally by PC Elite Rentals.

3. Booking process

Requests submitted through this website are inquiries, not confirmed reservations. All rentals are subject to availability, driver eligibility, required documentation, insurance, deposit requirements, and final pricing confirmed by PC Elite Rentals.

4. Rental requirements

Renters must be at least 21 years old and may be required to present a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, an accepted payment method, and a refundable security deposit. Additional requirements may apply based on the vehicle and rental dates.

5. Pricing and fees

Prices shown on this website are placeholders and may vary based on dates, vehicle availability, rental duration, fuel, mileage, deposit, taxes, and applicable fees. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change policies will be provided at the time of booking. Please contact PC Elite Rentals as early as possible if you need to modify your rental.

7. Mileage

Every rental includes 250 miles per rental day (2 days / 500 miles, 3 days / 750 miles, 4 days / 1,000 miles, 7 days / 1,750 miles). Additional mileage packages are available at booking: +100 miles ($25), +250 miles ($50), +500 miles ($90), and +1,000 miles ($150). This mileage policy is separate from — and does not override or replace — any personal auto insurance requirements or other rental terms.

8. Personal insurance and optional LDW/CDW

To qualify, renters typically must carry an active personal auto insurance policy that includes comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage. Renters who do not have qualifying personal auto insurance may still be eligible to rent from PC Elite Rentals LLC and may be required to purchase PC Elite Rentals' optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) and/or Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).

LDW costs $25 per rental day. CDW costs $20 per rental day. Purchased separately, both cost $45 per rental day. The recommended LDW + CDW Bundle applies a $5 per rental day discount for a discounted price of $40 per rental day.

When the applicable LDW/CDW is purchased, PC Elite Rentals LLC may waive the renter's responsibility for covered physical damage to the rental vehicle, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and requirements of the applicable waiver and Rental Agreement. The applicable commercial insurance policy may respond to covered damage subject to the policy's terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, and applicable deductible. The LDW/CDW is a contractual damage waiver and is not personal automobile insurance. It does not automatically provide bodily injury liability coverage, personal injury protection, or coverage for damage to third-party vehicles or property unless specifically stated in the applicable agreement or coverage. All renters must meet PC Elite Rentals LLC's eligibility requirements, provide valid identification and a valid driver's license, and comply with all Rental Agreement rules. By purchasing the LDW/CDW, the renter acknowledges that the waiver is subject to its written terms and does not eliminate responsibility for excluded losses, prohibited use, unauthorized drivers, intentional or reckless conduct, driving under the influence, failure to secure the vehicle, or other violations of the Rental Agreement.

9. Vehicle use restrictions

Vehicles may NOT be used for: Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare services; racing or speed contests; track events; off-road use; illegal activities; towing or pushing another vehicle unless expressly authorized; transporting hazardous or prohibited materials; or any use prohibited by the rental agreement or applicable insurance policy.

10. Authorized drivers

Only drivers listed and authorized on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

11. Towing, impound & recovery

Renter is responsible for all costs resulting from the vehicle being towed, impounded, immobilized, or recovered due to the renter's actions, violations, unauthorized use, parking violations, or failure to follow applicable laws or rental terms. Potential charges include towing fees; impound/storage fees; administrative/recovery fees; locksmith fees when applicable; transportation/recovery expenses; loss-of-use charges when permitted under the rental agreement; any fines or penalties assessed against the vehicle; and costs associated with recovering the vehicle and returning it to PC Elite Rentals. If the vehicle is towed or impounded, the renter must immediately notify PC Elite Rentals and provide the location and circumstances.

12. Tickets, tolls & violations

The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking charges, parking violations, traffic citations, red-light camera citations, speed-camera citations, and other charges incurred during the rental period, to the extent permitted by law and the rental agreement.

13. No smoking

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all PC Elite Rentals vehicles. If smoking or vaping occurs inside the vehicle, a $200 cleaning/detailing fee may be charged.

14. Late returns

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location listed on the rental agreement. Late returns may result in additional rental charges, loss-of-use charges, or other applicable fees as specified in the rental agreement. Customers should contact PC Elite Rentals as soon as possible if they anticipate being late.

15. Fuel

The vehicle must be returned with the fuel level specified in the rental agreement. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than required, the renter may be charged for refueling and any applicable service fee.

16. Accident & damage reporting

Any accident, damage, or mechanical issue involving the vehicle must be reported to PC Elite Rentals as soon as possible.

17. Liability

Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including damage, traffic violations, tolls, and any fees resulting from misuse. PC Elite Rentals is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

17A. Vehicle Damage & Loss of Use Policy

All charges are subject to applicable law and the terms of the renter's rental agreement.

Vehicle damage & financial responsibility

The renter is responsible for the vehicle while it is in their possession and may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from damage caused by the renter, an authorized or unauthorized driver, negligence, misuse, abuse, prohibited use, or violation of the rental agreement. Depending on the circumstances, this may include reasonable costs for:

Vehicle repairs
Towing and roadside recovery resulting from renter-caused damage or misuse
Lost, stolen, or damaged keys/remotes
Tire or wheel/rim damage
Interior damage
Excessive cleaning caused by the renter
Smoking or vaping in the vehicle
Damage caused by an unauthorized driver
Damage resulting from prohibited or unauthorized use
Applicable insurance deductibles when the renter is responsible
Reasonable administrative expenses associated with processing a damage claim
Reasonable loss of use/downtime while the vehicle is unavailable for rental because of renter-caused damage

Normal wear and tear and mechanical failures unrelated to the renter's conduct are not considered renter-caused damage.

Loss of use / vehicle downtime

If the vehicle is damaged or otherwise rendered unavailable for rental because of damage for which the renter is responsible, PC Elite Rentals LLC may charge a reasonable loss-of-use/downtime amount for the period the vehicle is unavailable for rental, subject to applicable law.

The loss-of-use period begins when the vehicle is removed from service because of renter-caused damage and ends when the vehicle has been reasonably repaired, inspected, and returned to service. PC Elite Rentals will not intentionally extend the repair or downtime period for the purpose of increasing charges. The daily loss-of-use amount may be updated if rental rates change; the amount applicable to the renter is the rate stated in the rental agreement or applicable rental terms.

Documentation

When applicable, damage and loss of use may be documented through:

Photos and videos
Vehicle inspection reports
Repair estimates
Repair invoices
Body-shop records
Towing invoices
Dates the vehicle was removed from service
Dates the vehicle was returned to service

Upon request, reasonable supporting documentation may be provided to the renter.

Insurance / LDW / CDW

Current optional coverage pricing is $25 per rental day for LDW, $20 per rental day for CDW, or $40 per rental day for the recommended LDW + CDW Bundle. The bundle's regular combined price is $45 per rental day and includes a $5 per rental day discount.

If the renter purchases or has access to insurance, a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), or another protection product, coverage is subject to its specific terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and applicable deductible. A damage waiver or insurance product does not automatically eliminate responsibility for loss of use, deductibles, towing, administrative expenses, or other charges unless the applicable coverage specifically provides otherwise. LDW/CDW is not personal auto insurance and does not automatically provide bodily injury, personal injury protection, or third-party liability coverage unless specifically stated in the applicable policy or protection product.

No duplicate recovery

PC Elite Rentals will not seek duplicate recovery for the same loss. If an insurer or another responsible party pays PC Elite Rentals for a particular repair cost or loss-of-use amount, that payment will be credited or otherwise accounted for against any corresponding amount owed by the renter.

Unauthorized use

If damage occurs while the vehicle is being used in violation of the rental agreement, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized drivers
Racing or speed-related events
Reckless driving
Off-road use
Intentional abuse
Prohibited commercial use
Use in violation of the mileage terms
Any other prohibited use stated in the rental agreement

the renter may remain responsible for applicable damages and reasonable loss-of-use charges to the extent permitted by law.

18. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, and branding, is the property of PC Elite Rentals or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

19. Changes to these terms

PC Elite Rentals may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
